Everform is a UK business that designs and builds metalwork for both gardens and construction projects. Their work ranges from items like planters and edging, to large commercial installs such as aluminium copings and architectural features. Customers can buy standard products directly from their online store, or request bespoke items through a quote. In short, their website acts as both an e-commerce shop and a lead-generation tool.
Before partnering with Avante Media, Everform had been running Google Ads in-house but only saw a couple of enquiries a week, and many were not relevant or valuable.

We began by implementing our bespoke tracking system, giving full visibility into campaign performance. This helped us see what was working, what wasn’t, and where budget was being wasted. Using this data, our specialist team carried out a detailed account review and reshaped the structure of the campaigns to reflect Everform’s core priorities. This included: • Launching new, focused paid search campaigns built around the products and audiences most likely to generate valuable commercial enquiries. • Refining keyword strategy to prioritise high-intent searches, ensuring better alignment with Everform’s business goals. • Removing wasted spend immediately, allowing the budget to be reinvested into proven opportunities. • Ongoing optimisation and communication, sharing clear, data-led recommendations through regular check-ins to keep performance improving.
Within just a short period of working together, Everform saw a clear uplift in both lead volume and quality. With a cleaner account and tighter targeting, leads went up 57%. The vast majority were high-value commercial enquiries for large landscaping and metalwork jobs.
Click-through rate (CTR) almost doubled. Rising from 3.8% to 6.7%, reflecting stronger audience alignment and more relevant campaign messaging. The improvement didn’t just look good on paper, it led to major project wins, with some enquiries valued at over six-figures.
