Contemporary Fencing is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of premium modern fencing. Their product range serves homeowners, landscapers and commercial buyers, with both standard and bespoke options available. Our partnership started in September 2024 to scale new customer acquisition through trade accounts and online sales.
Their website functions as a primary sales channel, allowing retail and trade customers to browse products, request quotes or purchase directly online with fast fulfilment. However, a large portion of revenue was still generated offline through trade accounts. The source of this revenue was unknown, therefore there was limited data to make informed and accurate decisions on how to scale overall revenue and profitability.
Because of this, Contemporary Fencing didn’t just need PPC to drive online orders, it needed to reach high-value trade buyers and support enquiries. This challenge was compounded by the nature of the fencing market. Highly seasonal and competitive, demand fluctuates significantly throughout the year, making it essential to remain visible during peak periods and sustain cost-efficient performance during quieter months.
We began by implementing our whole system to identify and collect all data (including offline conversions) required to maximise revenue, while reviewing existing account structure and performance to understand which products, audiences and search intents were driving the most commercial value.
From there, we reshaped the account to focus budget on high-intent opportunities, helping the brand attract homeowners ready to purchase, as well as trade buyers looking for larger-scale orders. This ensured strong, measurable returns even during quieter seasonal periods.
