Runners UK is a UK-based supplier specialising in sliding and folding door systems. They stock a wide range of products, including sliding door tracks, pocket door kits, bi-fold hardware, folding door fittings, industrial sliding systems and accessories. They emphasise high stock availability for rapid delivery, strong customer service and in-house design support to meet custom requirements. Runners UK partnered with us in August 2023 to scale website sales through paid Social.
Before partnering with Avante Media, Runners UK faced a challenge familiar to many specialist suppliers: strong industry credibility but no systems to scale their online revenue. Their existing online marketing activity delivered limited results, with little clarity on what drove conversions or how to sustain them. Meta Ads campaigns lacked clear audience segmentation. Most ads pointed users to general pages rather than specific products, making it challenging to convert interest into sales. They needed a system that could reliably generate profitable online sales.
To build a scalable paid social foundation, the strategy was redefined to drive direct e-commerce sales. We shifted our focus entirely onto the performance sales campaign objective, optimising for purchases. The user journey was streamlined, ensuring all ads were directing users to relevant product pages, minimising friction and driving immediate conversions.
Through in-depth market and persona analysis, we identified core customer segments including joinery experts, builders, and fit-out contractors. These insights helped set up both creative strategy and audience targeting. High-engagement creatives have been developed, featuring time-lapse assembly videos, product demonstrations, and high-quality visuals that showcase product quality and functionality. Additionally, we implemented retargeting campaigns to capture high-intent website visitors and drive them to complete purchases.
In just 6 months, we achieved a total of £54,868.13 in purchase conversion value from just £6,477.33 in ad spend, delivering an impressive 8.47x ROAS across all campaigns. Targeted audience segmentation, dynamic creative testing, and precise budget optimisation significantly contributed to the campaign's success.
